Aliapex – Paying by Invoice Policy

1. Overview

Aliapex offers a “Paying by Invoice” option that allows Buyers to receive goods or services first and pay the invoice within a specified period. This service is subject to eligibility, verification, and risk assessment.

2. Eligibility

The invoice payment option is only available to Buyers who:

• Pass Aliapex identity and creditworthiness checks

• Have a valid Aliapex account in good standing

• Meet regional and legal requirements

Aliapex reserves the right to approve or deny access at its sole discretion.

3. Invoice Terms

• Payment is typically due within 7, 14, or 30 days from the invoice date

• The exact due date will be clearly stated on the invoice

• Buyers agree to pay the full invoiced amount within the specified timeframe

4. Payment Process

1. Buyer selects “Pay by Invoice” at checkout

2. Aliapex confirms eligibility and processes the order

3. Seller ships or delivers the item/service

4. Buyer receives an invoice via email or account dashboard

5. Buyer completes payment within the due date

5. Fees and Charges

• No fees if paid within the agreed timeframe

• Late payments may incur:

  • Late payment fees

  • Interest charges (where legally permitted)

  • Collection costs if the debt is escalated

All applicable charges will be disclosed in advance.

6. Late or Missed Payments

If payment is not received on time:

• Aliapex may send reminders and notices

• The account may be temporarily restricted

• Outstanding balances may be referred to a debt collection agency

• Negative reporting to credit agencies may occur (where legally permitted)

7. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must:

• Ensure timely payment of invoices

• Provide accurate billing information

• Notify Aliapex promptly in case of billing disputes

Failure to meet obligations may result in suspension of invoice privileges or account termination.

8. Seller Protection

When a transaction is approved under “Pay by Invoice”:

• Sellers are paid according to Aliapex payout terms

• Aliapex assumes the risk of Buyer non-payment (subject to compliance)

9. Disputes and Returns

• Buyers retain the right to dispute transactions under Aliapex policies

• Approved refunds will adjust or cancel the invoice accordingly

• Returned goods must comply with return policies

10. Fraud and Risk Control

Aliapex may:

• Perform credit and fraud checks

• Limit invoice amounts or frequency

• Revoke access to invoice payments at any time

11. Exclusions

Invoice payment may not be available for:

• High-risk transactions

• Certain product categories

• New or unverified accounts

• Cross-border transactions (where restricted)

12. Legal Compliance

This service complies with applicable financial regulations, including consumer credit and debt collection laws in relevant jurisdictions.

13. Amendments

Aliapex reserves the right to modify or discontinue the invoice payment option at any time.
