How Can I Change My Order Details?
(Shipping address, color, size, quantity, etc.)
Changes depend on your current order status.
1. Change Shipping Address
Please check the solution based on your order status:
No Order Placed Yet
You can edit your shipping address anytime.
Go to:
Account → Shipping Address
We recommend setting your most-used address as your default shipping address for future orders.
Unpaid Order
You can modify your shipping address before payment.
Go to:
My Orders → Pending Payment → Edit Address
Paid but Not Yet Shipped
You may request changes by contacting the seller immediately.
Please note:
- Address changes are not guaranteed
- Sellers may already be preparing shipment
Order Already Shipped
Shipping address changes are usually not possible after shipment.
Please contact the carrier directly if delivery support is available.
2. Change Product Details
(Color, Size, Quantity, Style, etc.)
Before Payment
You may update product options during checkout.
After Payment but Before Shipment
Please contact the seller immediately to request changes.
Approval depends on:
- Seller availability
- Processing status
- Warehouse preparation stage
After Shipment
Product details cannot be changed once shipped.
How Do I Save and Manage My Shipping Address Before Payment?
You can manage your shipping addresses in two ways.
Option 1 – Account Settings
Go to:
Account → Shipping Address
Here you can:
- Add new addresses
- Edit addresses
- Delete unused addresses
- Set a default shipping address
Option 2 – Order Confirmation Page
During checkout, you can:
- Add a new address
- Edit an existing address
- Select your preferred delivery address
Please make sure your address is complete and accurate before payment.
Why Was My Order Cancelled?
To find out why your order was cancelled:
Step 1
Sign in to your account.
Step 2
Go to:
My Orders → View Details
The cancellation reason will appear on the order page.
Common Reasons for Cancellation
Payment Failed
Your payment could not be completed or verified.
Seller Processing Issue
The seller was unable to process or ship the order.
Security Verification
The system detected unusual payment activity.
Out of Stock
The product became unavailable after purchase.
Buyer Cancellation
The order was cancelled by the customer before shipment.
Bonus Related Questions
1. Basic Information About Bonus
Bonus rewards may be used for eligible purchases.
Bonus availability depends on:
- Campaign terms
- Eligible products
- Country availability
- Account status
Bonus terms and conditions apply.
2. Cannot Use Bonus
Please check the following:
- Is there available bonus balance in your account?
- Has the bonus expired?
- Is the item eligible for bonus use?
- Is the minimum order amount met?
Some promotions cannot be combined.
3. Bonus Pending or On Hold
Bonus rewards may remain pending if:
- Order payment is incomplete
- Return/refund is ongoing
- Verification is required
Pending bonuses may activate after successful order completion.
4. Can Bonus Be Converted Into Cash?
Bonus rewards are generally:
- Not transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Not withdrawable
Unless specifically stated in promotional terms.
Why Does My Order Say “Payment Being Verified”?
Aliapex uses payment verification to help protect buyers and sellers.
Normal Verification Time
Most payments are verified within:
30 minutes
During busy periods, verification may take longer.
If your order says “Payment Being Verified”, the system is still processing payment security checks.
Please wait and check your order status again later.
I Can’t Find My Order in My Account
Step 1
Go to:
My Orders → View All Orders
This section includes:
- Active orders
- Completed orders
- Deleted orders
You may search by:
- Product name
- Order number
Step 2
Check Another Account
You may have placed the order using:
- Another email address
- Another phone number
- Google sign-in
- Social login account
If you still cannot find your order, customer support can help locate it.
Do I Need to Pay Customs Duties and Import Taxes?
International orders may require customs fees.
Please note:
- Customs duties are usually not included in product prices
- Shipping fees may not include import taxes
- Charges depend on local country regulations
Because Aliapex connects buyers with global sellers, some purchases may ship internationally.
Customs charges may vary depending on:
- Country of destination
- Product category
- Order value
- Local tax regulations
Buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties unless otherwise stated.
Why Can’t I Place an Order?
Common issues may prevent checkout.
Possible Reasons
Coupon Issue
A coupon may not be valid for the selected items.
Payment Problem
Your payment method may be temporarily unavailable.
Product Restriction
The item may not ship to your country.
Security Protection
Temporary account verification may be required.
Inventory Issue
The product may be out of stock.
Please try:
- Refreshing the page
- Using another payment method
- Removing coupons
- Ordering different items
- Trying again later
PAD (Pay After Delivery)
Aliapex may support PAD (Pay After Delivery) in selected countries.
Eligible countries may include:
- Germany
- France
- Spain
- Italy
- Netherlands
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Australia
PAD Requirements
- Eligible orders only
- Minimum and maximum purchase limits may apply
- Subject to approval and risk checks
Availability may vary by region.
My Order Was Closed. What Can I Do?
If your order was closed after payment, common reasons include:
1. Seller Shipment Timeout
The seller did not ship the item within the required processing period.
In eligible situations, payment may be refunded automatically.
2. Payment Verification Failed
The system could not verify payment successfully.
3. Security Protection
The order was closed to help protect account safety.
4. Product Unavailable
The seller no longer had inventory.
