Why Is My Order Arriving in Multiple Shipments?

Sometimes an order may arrive in multiple packages or separate shipments. This is normal and may happen for several reasons.
Why Did My Order Ship Separately?
Your order may arrive in different shipments because:
1. Items Come from Different Sellers
Aliapex is a marketplace where products may be sold by different independent sellers.
If your order contains items from multiple sellers, each seller may ship separately.
2. Items Are Stored in Different Warehouses
Even when ordering from the same seller, products may be shipped from different warehouse locations.
This helps sellers:
- Reduce delivery times
- Improve stock availability
- Ship items faster
3. Product Availability
Some items may be ready to ship immediately, while others require additional processing time.
To avoid delays, sellers may ship available items first.
4. Package Size or Weight Restrictions
Large, fragile, or heavy products may be separated into multiple shipments for safer delivery.
Examples include:
- Furniture parts
- Multi-piece products
- Electronics with accessories
- Large wholesale orders
5. Fast Delivery Eligibility
Some products may qualify for Fast Delivery, while others do not.
Eligible products may ship separately to arrive faster.
6. Customs or Logistics Requirements
International shipping partners may divide packages due to:
- Customs processing
- Carrier limitations
- Regional logistics rules
This may help speed up delivery.
Will I Pay Extra Shipping Fees?
Not necessarily.
Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
If multiple shipments are required, additional charges generally will not apply unless clearly stated before payment.

How Can I Track Multiple Shipments?
You can view tracking information for each package separately.

Each shipment may have:
- Different tracking numbers
- Different carriers
- Different estimated delivery dates
One Item Arrived, But Others Are Missing
Do not worry — the remaining items may still be in transit.
Please:
- Check order tracking information
- Review all shipment tracking numbers
- Wait for the estimated delivery date
Packages may arrive on different days.
My Tracking Says Delivered, But I Did Not Receive Everything
Sometimes only part of the order has been delivered.
Please:
- Check all shipment tracking details
- Confirm whether additional packages are still in transit
- Check with neighbors or building reception if applicable
If items are still missing after the estimated delivery period:
You may contact the seller or open a dispute if eligible.
Can I Request Combined Shipping?
Some sellers may offer combined shipping for multiple products.
Availability depends on:
- Seller settings
- Warehouse location
- Product type
- Shipping carrier limitations
You may contact the seller before placing an order to ask about combined shipping options.
