How to Make a Return

Welcome to the official How to Make a Return Help Center for Aliapex.

If you received a damaged, defective, incorrect, or unwanted item, you may be eligible to return it according to the seller’s return policy, Buyer Protection eligibility, and applicable laws.

Before You Start a Return

Before requesting a return, please make sure:

  • Your order is eligible for return
  • The return window has not expired
  • You have photos or evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect
  • The product meets return requirements

Some items may not qualify for return due to hygiene, customization, or legal restrictions.

Step 1 – Sign In to Your Account

Log in to your Aliapex account.

App

Go to:

Account → Orders

Step 2 – Find the Order

Locate the order you want to return.

Click:

View Details

Select the item you wish to return.

Step 3 – Select “Return / Refund”

Choose one of the available options:

Return Item

Choose this option if you want to send the product back.

Refund Only

Available in selected cases where returning the item may not be required.

Exchange / Replacement

If supported by the seller.

Step 4 – Select a Return Reason

Choose the reason that best matches your issue.

Examples:

  • Damaged item
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size or color sent
  • Missing accessories
  • Product not as described
  • No longer needed (if eligible)

Please select the most accurate reason.

Step 5 – Upload Photos or Videos

You may be asked to provide evidence.

Helpful evidence includes:

  • Clear product photos
  • Packaging images
  • Shipping label photo
  • Video showing damage or defect

This helps speed up return approval.

Step 6 – Submit Your Request

Once your information is complete:

Click:

Submit Return Request

The seller or Aliapex system will review your request.

Return Status:

Under Review

Review time may vary.

Step 7 – Wait for Approval

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions.

This may include:

  • Return shipping address
  • Return label (if available)
  • Packaging instructions
  • Return deadline

Please follow instructions carefully.

⚠️ Do not send items without approval, as unauthorized returns may not qualify for refunds.

Step 8 – Package the Item

Please:

✅ Securely pack the item
✅ Include accessories if required
✅ Use original packaging if possible

Keep proof of shipment for your records.

Step 9 – Ship the Return

Send the package using the approved shipping method.

You may receive:

  • A prepaid return label (if eligible)
  • A local warehouse return option
  • Seller-provided shipping instructions

Tracking is strongly recommended.

Step 10 – Refund or Replacement Processing

After the return is received and inspected:

You may receive:

Refunds are usually sent to the original payment method.
